The bartender and CEO of Bodegas Sánchez began his hospitality world journey in the in 1993, working in different night clubs of the Spanish capital.

Later on, he undertakes work as the owner of different entertainment venues in Madrid until Bodegas Sánchez project come out.

From there, with a “gin-boom” in Spain, he begins managing important national and international brands. At that moment, he has planned to open a store in the center of Madrid dedicated to the mixology art.

Ingredients: 5 cl Rives Special macerated in cinnamon, orange twist and tonic.

Recipe: In an airtight pot, add 6 cl Rives Special, 4 cinnamon sticks, 2 clove seeds and 2 Szechuan pepper seeds. Macerate for 24 hours. Add plenty of ice to the glass and frost by using the imperial spoon. Pour the excess of water. Add 5 cl of our Rives Special macerated. Perfume with an orange twist. Add tonic, served gently in order to avoid breaking the bubble and garnish with an orange twist.
